Erin Wijeratne created and developed Connected Support Coordination Gippsland. With more than 15 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing and Emergency retrieval nursing, Erin's time working in the disability sector as an ICU nurse, fuelled her desire to become a Support Coordinator.

Our Support Coordinators have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants with disabilities and their families. Our team is committed to providing compassionate and individualised support to help participants achieve their goals.

We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and their families. We take the time to get to know each of our clients and develop a customised plan that fits their unique needs and goals. Our team works closely with service providers, the NDIA, and other stakeholders to ensure our clients receive the services and support they need and are entitled to.
